At UPP Global, we believe in reducing inequality of opportunity. From the beginning, our work has been rooted in a simple, yet profound belief: every child deserves a fair shot, regardless of their background.
What started as a grassroots football training project in Ho Chi Minh City quickly grew into something more. Over time, we’ve expanded our mission to include Education, Mentorship, and Community Development.
Because children need more than a game. They need a future.
UPP Journey So Far
In our first year, we offered free football training to children from underserved neighborhoods. That alone was transformative. But as we built relationships with families, we began to understand deeper needs: school support, life skills, access to opportunity.
Then came 2022, a year of testing our resilience. With limited resources and unpredictable logistics, we doubled down on what mattered: consistency, care, and connection. We didn’t stop showing up. We kept the pitch open, the conversations flowing, and the community growing.
These experiences led to a defining step: becoming a registered social enterprise in Vietnam. Today, UPP Global reinvests 100% of public donations and 51% of business profits into social impact work.
St. Joseph’s Charity School
Providing education, meals, and essentials for undocumented and migrant children in Bien Hoa. Covering school supplies, teacher support, and a creating a safe learning environment.
